Vision
Since its formation the COMPANY has successfully registered an increase in business growth. With the vision of achieving a more progressive expansion, the Management has embarked on an aggressive program to streamline its operation, enhance trading, upgrade Maintenance support facilities, and establish new business and to train local staff.

Pursuance to its efforts to upgrade and expand its services, the COMPANY has set up its own Head Office , yard and warehouse facility strategically located for access to Oman’s South and North Oil Fields.

Besides getting technical back up from International Companies having relevant ISO qualifications and experience, DESERT SHIELD. is in the final stage of its own ISO accreditation and is progressing towards realising its full potential in the Oil & Gas service industry.

Our business objectives are to provide customers with quality and reliable services and maintain the closest professional business relationship in order to ensure a high level of customer’s satisfaction.

Mission

• To provide a complete Health, Safety and Environmental training programme to all of the staff to ensure a full understanding of the Oil & Gas worksite safety, pertaining to their place of work.
• To selectively employ and train staff to ensure total customer satisfaction.
• To ensure that all customer needs and requirements are supported 24 hours per day, every day.
• To continue to operate a Quality Assurance System complying with ISO 9001 / 2008 standards.
• To selectively accept agency agreements with our international owners and act as their agents in meeting all the requirement.
